What is BedBrace?

BedBrace is the most versatile bed rail on the market! Providing mobility support to help you sit up and get up from bed moving into your day!

How do I use BedBrace?

1. To use BedBrace, user begins in a laying position in bed with bed rails extended on either side of their body.

2. User grips the top side bar/railings with their hands (one on each side) and bends knees to approximately 45 degrees.

3. User begins to pull upper body upward with their arms and simultaneously pushes through the heels of their feet to lift and swing their hips in a backward motion.

4. Repeat step 3 as many times as needed, adjusting hand grip further up the side rail each time until in seated position.

5. Grasping the bottom of the handrail, slide the handrail backward for a collapsed profile to exit the bed.

What are the advantages of BedBrace over other traditional bed rails?

Whether you like to sleep on the left, right or middle, BedBrace can be used anywhere on the bed! It allows the most support for the user providing stability equitably on both sides of the user. The user can utilize their own upper and lower body strength to lift themselves from supine position. BedBrace also provides an elevated rail position for the user to push off from to maneuver and stand out of bed. The ergonomic foam on the rail provides a comfortable, non slip grip.

Is BedBrace safe?

This product has been designed with utmost care and tested for safety and performance. However, improper use or failure to follow the instructions provided in the manual may result in damage to the product, injury, or voiding of the warranty.

BedBrace is intended for the specific purposes outlined in the manual. Any use outside of these purposes, including but not limited to modifications or alterations, may cause damage to the product or harm to the user.

Always operate the product according to the instructions provided in the manual. The manufacturer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage caused by improper use, failure to follow safety guidelines, or attempts to repair or modify the product.

How do I assemble and install BedBrace?

Please reference the product manual provided in your shipment for assembly and install instructions. If you have misplaced your manual or did not receive one with your purchase, please contact us at bedbrace@gmail.com and we can provide you with an electronic copy.

Is BedBrace hard to use?

If used as described in the product manual, BedBrace is very easy to use! The coordination of upper and lower body strength to enable movement may take a few tries to get used to, but once mastered, distributes the users weight so that movement is actually easier!

Does BedBrace work on all beds?

Yes! BedBrace is compatible with ALL standard bed types and sizes. With our versatile anchoring system, BedBrace can be used on Twin, Full, Queen, King or Cali King sized beds, with or without a headboard.

Is BedBrace FDA approved?

BedBrace is not FDA approved. It is a standard adult bed rail, mobility product and does not require FDA approval to be on the market.

Is BedBrace covered by my insurance?

Not yet! We are working on it!

How can I purchase BedBrace?

To purchase the BedBrace, visit the website https://bedbrace.com and click on the Shop Now button. Select the color of the BedBrace you would like to purchase, add your selection to the cart, and then proceed with the checkout procedure.

What countries does BedBrace ship to?

Currently BedBrace is only available in the United States, but we are actively working to grow
internationally! Let us know on social media which countries you'd like to see us in!

What payment methods do you accept?

BedBrace can be securely purchased using all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

Do you offer any installment plans, discounts, or special offers?

There are installment plans offered for the purchase of BedBrace through Shop Pay. Follow the links during checkout for more information.

Special offers and discounts linked to BedBrace advertisements are available from time to time so be on the look out for them!

How do I know my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email confirmation, your shipping confirmation email, which will contain your tracking number and other details regarding order status in it.

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 7-14 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.

If you need something overnighted please reach out to us via email.  

On all shipping services, when approaching, during, and after a holiday weekend, expect delays.

What is your cancellation policy?

We accept order cancellation before the product is processed and shipped out to the logistic facility.

If the order is canceled you will get a refund minus 5% transaction fee. We cannot cancel the order if the product has been shipped out as it is already on its way to you.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at bedbrace@gmail.com. Please include your order number and make sure the product is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

How do I file a warranty claim?

1. Contact BedBrace at bedbrace@gmail.com to report the issue and provide a description and photographs of the defect, if applicable.

2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

3. Ship the defective part to the Manufacturer (at the Customer's expense) if required for inspection.
